Due Diligence Analysis (PP&E)
Whether the Property, Plant & Equipment is on an owned site or one that is potentially going to be procured, RIC will determine its net worth through several different dimensions, such as:
- Reviewing maintenance procedures and records
- Analysing cleaning regimes and schedules
- Studying samples (core, discharge, etc.)
- Performing structural and vibrational analyses
- Analysing the sites adherence to capacity and growth potential
- Analysing adherence to legislative requirements, etc
Through this the remaining life (and its value, through a depreciation or fair value analysis) and cost of maintainability for all aspects of the plant, property and equipment can additionally be determined.
